highWAY’s Code of Ethics governs the professional and ethical conduct of our employees and advisors which ensures that we:

1. Provide investment and financial planning advice in the interest of our clients.

3. Provide full and fair disclosure of all material facts and avoid conflicts of interest.

4. Ensure the confidentiality of client information, and not disclose such information to others, except when authorized or otherwise legally obligated to do so.

6. Seek, accept, and offer honest criticism of technical work; acknowledge and correct errors; and properly credit the contributions of others.

7. Use corporate assets and resources in a responsible manner.
